Circlips

• These are using to retain components in assemblies.
• They are used as a permanent shoulder to hold components together such as a drive shaft.

Types :

1. Internal Circlip.
2. External Circlip .
3. Standard E Ring.
4. Self Locking Rings.
5. Multi Tooth Lock Washers.

• Technical Specifications as per IS 3075 (CIRCLIP)
• Material : High Carbon Spring Steel.
• Finish : Phosphated and Oil Coated.
• Range :  8 – 200 mm.

Plain Washers :

• They are normally used to distribute the load of a threaded fastener such as a screw or nut.

• Range : M3 – M50.

• Material :  C.R.C.A , EN9, Copper, EN42.

• Finish : Zinc Plated , Phosphated , Blackodisied.

Dowel Pin:

• Used for location or alignment applications between two components. They are installed into press fit holes after finishing processes.
• Range : 2 mm – 25 mm

• Material : EN1A , EN8 , S.S , Aluminium.

Belleville Washer :

• The Belleville washer is basically a cone shaped, compact spring .

• These washers are most of the times used for adding flexibility to the bolted joints.

Split Pins :

• A split cotter pin is a metal fastener with two tines that are bent during installation, similar to a style or rivet once inserted, the two ends of the pin are best apart locking it in place.

• Material :- Mild Steel , Stainless Steel as per IS 549 : 1974.

Dowel Sleeve :

• Spring Dowel Sleeve is used either to retain parts in a fixed position or to protect alignment. Appreciated for low maintenance and longer service life, Manufactured as per ISI : 1481.

• Material : Spring Steel Strip as per IS : 2507 – 1975.
